Our innovations in nutritional biochemistry, data science and digital tools combined with our clinical expertise are shifting the diabetes treatment paradigm from management to reversal. As a Technical Recruiter at Virta you will build the teams responsible for building the software and infrastructure to scale our treatment to 100M people. You will partner closely with hiring managers on the highest impact roles, as well as help shape and own Virta’s recruiting processes and programs. It’s not just about making hires - we aim to improve the experience for everyone involved and find new ways to deliver greater impact. There is a lot of room for ownership and professional growth, as you will be a part of a small, data-driven team in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Building a pipeline of top Engineering, Product, and Design talent through sourcing, referrals, and inbound candidates
  • Handling and driving the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer, while recommending improvements along the way
  • Utilizing data to improve recruiting efficiency, troubleshoot problems, and analyze performance
  • Providing advice and coaching to hiring managers and interviewers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring each candidate has an unrivaled, positive, and memorable experience from start to finish
  • Driving key strategic initiatives, such as interview training, diversity, referrals, and talent branding

90 Day Plan

  • You will make at least 3 (and hopefully more) technical hires
  • You will understand the Virta treatment, how technology will scale it to 100M people by 2025, and communicate it effectively to candidates
  • You will develop meaningful relationships with hiring managers and all involved in the interview process within our entire organization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience (agency experience a bonus)
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates
  • Ability to meet hiring targets, generate significant pipeline for multiple reqs at once, and handle competing priorities
  • Passion for technology and a data-driven approach to solving problems
