What This Role is About:

RapidSOS is looking for a Recruiter that will drive the Company’s talent acquisition strategy for our fast growing teams across Business Development, Marketing, and Finance. As our Business Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their team’s hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to fill non-technical positions.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing and building relationships with candidates, as well as creating a positive interview experience
  • Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to and including the onsite interview
  • Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent through research, social media, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
  • Maintain data integrity practices and provide data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve the recruiting process
  • Facilitate reference checks and conduct background checks for candidates before hiring

What We'd Like to See in Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes in a dynamic environment. It will be a plus if you also have experience from the agency side working on high-level roles
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of requests and candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices
  • Well-versed in recruiting practices and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, G Suite, etc.)
  • Strong pitching and negotiating skills
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do)
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
