    Streamline the end-to-end customer journey through our systems and processes including hardware kitting, shipping, 3rd party installation services and customer training. Improve end to end cycle time, CSAT, and quality metrics
    Establish metrics to measure end to end cycle time, process times, and quality for various steps in the logistics and installation process. Build organizational capability for continuous improvement of these metrics.
    Scale Business Processes and tools to support on-boarding of large volume of devices and subscriptions and work cross functionally with Sales Operations, Product, and Analytics to design and build systems and tooling for capacity planning, workflow management/visualization and to automate tasks with the goal of improving cost, quality and speed
    Manage teams responsible for deployment and installation of Nauto solutions as well as be responsible for setting up and managing external professional installation vendors
    Establish scorecards to measure 3rd party installer performance, provide tools and feedback for training and improvement. Expand the supplier base, and negotiate contracts as needed.
    Build close loop system between customer success, product and operations to improve upfitting, installation, and onboarding processes
    Manage Customer support teams at Nauto
    Define and implement standard operating procedures for Deployment and Customer support
    Own customer implementation of our system, including the coordination of Nauto staff, customer personnel and outside vendors
    Work directly with customers to drive the adoption of our systems and associated tools
    Observe, analyze and share insights to inform product and business model development
    Work with data engineering and analytics to instrument data collection, reporting, and operations insights to support data driven decision  making
    Provide metrics and analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
    Work with Nauto Manufacturing operations team to streamline logistics and fulfillment of customer orders.

    Technical BS or MS (EE/Computer Science or a related field is a +)
    MBA is a +
    10+ years of total experience in an operations role
    Proven leadership in Operations Management in the IoT industry
    Leadership experience in managing customer support and deployment of IoT devices
    Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams is a must
    Strong understanding of all processes in the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
    Experience with Product Lifecycle Planning tools and Process definition.
