What this role is about:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the management of client accounts, identifying custom solutions, and maintaining relationships with our partners and customers. In this role, you will develop and implement cross-functional processes with our Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Public Safety teams to oversee implementations and drive customer and partner satisfaction. You’ll excel in this role if you have the ability to identify efficiencies and process improvements to our client on-boarding process and can create a "trusted advisor" relationship with our customers. You should be able to provide guidance and a technical understanding of best solutions within the RapidSOS platform that effectively service customers and are a best fit to their business needs.

What you’ll do:

    Prioritize customer relationships, putting their satisfaction first.

    Understand customer’s evolving needs from a business and technical perspective, to help them develop a tailored RapidSOS implementation and receive ongoing support.

    Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders; share customer feedback and insights with other internal teams within RapidSOS, including Sales, Marketing and Product to maintain progress and timelines for implementations.

    Support expansion of accounts by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes.


 
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

    4+ years of experience in post-sales, account management, customer relations, or equivalent

    Experience at a start-up, preferably working with a technical product

    Ability to understand the underlying drivers and strategy of our our client’s business

    Strong analytical skills and a “can do” attitude

    Strong executive presence and presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    Proven track record of achieving targets and goals

    Track record of managing multiple clients and concurrent projects

    Willingness to both work collaboratively and tackle things on your own

    An understanding and flexibility in working at a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly

    Self-motivated and with a low ego, who thrives at using data to solve strategic and operational challenges.
