Account Executive, Enterprise Health at Sparta Science

MD founded, we’ve united an expert team with backgrounds ranging from biomechanics, data science, and machine learning engineering to domain experts in athletic training, strength & conditioning, and professional athletics.  Our years of research and advanced A.I. technology are helping us reinvent the diagnosis and treatment of movement-related injuries and disorders.
You'll be responsible for acquiring new business, focused solely on our health vertical and achievement of an annual growth target. The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain a strong new health business pipeline and have effective collaboration and relationship-building skills both with internal and external stakeholders.


    • Work individually, and with Marketing to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients
    • Independently take deals from initial conversation to close
    • Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation & signature
    • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful implementation of our program, as well as renewals / upsells
    • Contribute to product roadmap by feeding back the customer's voice


    • 3+ years experience selling enterprise software products, preferably within health
    • Strong knowledge of payer/care management companies, hospitals, and providers/physicians
    • Background in enterprise sales, with a history of closing large, complex deals with a long sales-cycle
    • History of consistently attaining/exceeding quota
    • Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
